  An amazing range for those interested in animal free options. A wonderful cafe with coffee that is even better than many coffees made with milk. A must for everyone from omnivore to vegan.

  Everything Vegan is a little out of range for me to get to on most occasions. However, I've found myself here multiple times buying items because I can't get them anywhere else. They have a fantastic range of baking and cooking needs as well as meet substitutes. Not all of it is healthy, this is not a health food store. But if you're looking to make a vegan cheesecake for example, you can find all the necessary ingredients here. Love it, will be going back if I ever need any vegan baking needs!

  A couple of times they've forgotten items, and they are hopeless at responding to emails, even though when I call they tell me they read my email. ACKNOWLEDGE IT THEN?! I don't even bother emailing at this stage, complete waste of time.

  I've learned that every time I place an online order, I need to call them first thing the next morning to make sure they send it. I've experienced them "losing my order" and waiting days to send my order when their website says they post the next business day.

  This place is great for vegans! Lots of brands you see overseas but hard to find in supermarkets. I’m going to be at this place A LOT now that I’ve discovered it! Not to mention super friendly and helpful staff.

  The very first time I was trying to get in touch with the store, there was no answer after several attempts during business hours. The phone number linked on their instagram was a mobile number of the owner Kym. When I called and she answered, I said I was following up on my online order and instead of, I dont know, passing me onto someone who could actually help, she said I had the wrong number as though she had no idea what this store was. Great business ethic.

  I continue to order from here occasionally because its cheaper than other places, and they have products I can't find locally. I don't buy as often as I might because of the terrible service. As soon as a more competitive website comes along, they ain't getting my money anymore.
